Job Description:

We are looking for our next Audiovisual Content Creator who is passionate about nature and sustainability to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for planning and editing educational and inspiring videos on environmental topics to raise awareness and mobilize the audience to protect the planet.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop creative concepts for educational videos, documentaries and awareness campaigns.
  • Video editing of our children's series "Sustainable Minutes".
  • Record and edit high-quality videos that effectively communicate messages about sustainability, conservation and biodiversity.
  • Collaborate with the communication team to align content with the organization's strategy.
  • Adapting videos to different digital platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Stay up to date on trends in audiovisual production and environmental communication.

Requirements:

  • At least one year of experience in video creation, editing, and audiovisual production.
  • Knowledge of editing software, (for now we work in Canva).
  • Ability to tell visual stories attractively and effectively.
  • Knowledge and sensitivity to environmental and sustainability issues.
  • Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in animation and graphic design will be valued.

Terms and Conditions:

This position is to join our team of volunteers who wish to be part of Embrace the Earth. Therefore, it is not a paid position. Our volunteers are expected to commit to working remotely for 2 hours a day. Ideally, our organization is looking for volunteers who want to be part of it on a long-term basis, however, it is also possible to apply for unpaid internships. Please let us know in your motivation letter what suits you best.

The minimum duration of the internship is 4 months.

English is the official language of the organization.
